  • Enforces existing procedures/processes and implements improvements when appropriate.
  • Performs complex legal administrative support on day to day operational matters for our Litigation Counsel offices and takes necessary steps to resolve same.
  • Participates in complex and other special projects.
  • Prepares and distributes management reports.
  • As necessary may be responsible for the day to day coordination and routine administration of office technical support resolving or escalating issues as needed.

  7. Ensures tasks are timely completed and deadlines are met.

  • Build relationships with key staff in client offices, including periodically traveling to client sites;
