Federal Mileage Fee DECREASE

The Federal Mileage Fee went down from $0.565 per mile in 2013 to just $0.56 per mile for 2014. Several variables are factored into this number by the U.S. Government, including gas prices, the economy, etc., but one would think that the Fee would never actually go DOWN.
